OMG! I Like A Metallica Song!

I hate headbanging music and heavy (like, real heavy) metal music, hence why I'm not much of a Metallica fan. I like Fade to Black, however. A song that's softer than your average Metallica song, and a an absolutely beautiful tune topped of with great lyrics and an amazing guitar solo at the end.

Note: I know some people are thinking I time traveled from the eighties, and I probably did. But to me, art has no time, and I'm currently on a personal journal to discover art in all types of media, be it music,
film, photography or even video games.

Dominant Side of the Brain?

For a while now I've been wanting to know what side of my brain is dominant, so a few days ago I opened up my computer and googled for "dominant brain side test". What ended up opening first was an article that explains this topic, and what the signs of each type of person are.
Turns out the right side of my brain is the dominant one. How could I tell? Well, according to the article, right sided people (I'll call them that) find it hard to explain what they think or feel, and they start waving their arms and pointing when asked for directions. Guess what, that's exactly what I do! These were just example signs of how right sided people act, and sure enough I show these signs very clearly. Suffice it to say I didn't have to look for a test anymore since I already have my answer.
To explain a little, right sided people react more to visual input and is responsible for spatial manipulation. That's why such people need to visualize the directions and hence the waving and pointing (instead of explaining in simple words), and they also find it easier to explain using visuals rather than words.
Does this information have any implications on my blogging? Good question!

Film: Captain America

What the hell? Why do big blockbuster movies automatically assume I'm stupid?!
I went to see Captain America a few days ago, and it started out very well. There was an amazing initial segment where Steve Rogers
Transforms from a skinny, weak individual to the muscular captain America, but that's when the goodness ends.
I spent the rest of the movie predicting, with great accuracy, what will happen next. I even successfully predicted the supposedly shocking twist near the end. Not to mention the WW II mood that was destroyed with all the futuristic vehicles and lasers, especially when considering the very convincing start of the movie. While the movie as a whole was enjoyable, it wasn't more than a nod to the younger Captain America fans.

My Mind is Screaming!

well, sort of. I've been wanting to start a blog for a good while now. I wanted a place where I could write about my opinions, commentaries, rants, and basically anything that comes up my storming mind *insert evil laugh*.
What am I going to talk about? I have no idea. I find so many things to be interesting that I can't quantify them here and right now.

Fingers crossed my laziness doesn't get the best of me, and I actually continue writing on this blog!
